No matter how many parenting books are read or parental advice is given, nothing can prepare new parents for how their life will change after having a child.

In this episode, I am joined by the amazing Patricia Grenseman, a certified Postpartum Doula and Sleep Consultant. After Patricia had her first child, she went through a difficult and challenging transition full of overwhelming emotions and unmet expectations for what motherhood would be like. Since then, Patricia has learned from her experience and is dedicated to getting to know families and working with them through the newborn period. Through personalized postpartum support, Patricia is committed to helping parents have a positive Fourth Trimester experience while navigating the ropes of being new parents.

Throughout this episode, Patricia shares her Postpartum expertise. You will hear what made her personal experience with her newborn child challenging, ways that she supports new parents in-home and virtually, her advice for new mothers struggling with their weight and recovering from giving birth, the high standards new moms hold themselves to, and so much more.
