Episode 112: Build A Whole New Relationship With Yourself Through Appreciation with Jamie Lerner
Connect with Jamie:
Book: Jamie Lerner, Lauren Targ - The Ever-loving Essence of You
Do you know appreciation is a shortcut to retracing, rediscovering, and reconnecting with yourself?
In this episode, I'm thrilled to welcome Jamie Lerner to the show. Jamie is a Well-being Therapist, Author, and, as she calls herself, a "pleasure junkie." She developed an integrative approach to self-care and well-being and is a master in helping clients recreate a loving relationship with themselves. Jamie co-created a beautiful family, got her MSW degree from Loyola University, and explored all kinds of spiritual healing modalities worldwide. She is also a cast member of the Cable TV Show Living Consciously and has been featured in countless talk radio and podcast shows.
Throughout this episode, Jamie and I have a wonderful conversation about self-care, well-being, appreciation, and intuition. Jamie also shares an interesting perspective on procrastination, what she believes happens when affirmations don't work, and why most people avoid spending time with themselves.
Additionally, we discuss the difference between gratitude and appreciation, why being intuitive got Jamie into a lot of trouble, and so much more.
