Connect with Alyssa

Do you find yourself still searching for more, despite checking all the boxes that you thought you needed to?

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by Alyssa Daum. Alyssa works full-time in tech, is a mother of two, and a soon to be author of the book Water The Roses. After receiving her education, getting married, and having her children, Alyssa went on a solo trip to Italy and her life was forever changed. She realized that despite having done all the things she felt societal pressure to check off, there was still so much life to be lived.

Throughout this episode, Alyssa Daum and I have a wonderful conversation about what led her to her ‘aha’ moment about maximizing life satisfaction. Alyssa talks about her background and what inspired her to write her upcoming book, Water The Roses. She describes the writing process, what her mission is with sharing the book, why she is passionate about maximum life satisfaction, and more.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • About Alyssa’s background and her previous mindset (3:04)

  • When the ‘aha’ moment was for Alyssa (7:51)

  • What inspired Alyssa to write her upcoming book, Water The Roses (16:17)

  • Alyssa’s perspective and thoughts about “Mom Guilt” (26:15)
