She is passionate about teaching busy women to lead their most healthy life in a way they love so they can feel amazing, live longer, and teach their kids healthy living habits. Dr. Orlena is the podcast host of Fit and Fabulous at Forty and Beyond and works with clients, specially mothers, to help them increase their energy, eat healthier foods, and lose excess weight. 

While working as a pediatric doctor in her early career, Dr. Orlena’s eyes were opened to the eating and lifestyle habits that were making children sick and overweight. She moved from the UK to Spain where she transitioned from clinical practice to helping families establish healthy habits that will last generations. Throughout this episode, Dr. Orlena tells the story of how she became a health coach, what she teaches her clients about building a healthy relationship with food, the ways to change your habits, and so much more.
