In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the lovely Alysia Lyons. After Alysia gave birth to her son, she soon became a single mother. She began to navigate single parenting and all of the emotions that come with it. With feelings of depression and anger, Alysia realized that her mixed emotions and mom guilt might have something to do with her own relationship with her mother and its influence on her mindset as a parent. Alysia began a deep and life-changing personal journey that led her to look into her past and make the changes needed so she could ditch her mom guilt.
Alysia is a mom first, an entrepreneur, life coach and author of Good Moms Don’t: Ditch Mom Guilt & Find Your Happy. After starting her blog, the Mom Support Coach, Alysia has built a community of women that resonate with her writing on relationships, mom guilt, communication, and the lessons she has learned. She is passionate about helping women live their lives with more joy, from the inside out. She has her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a certified Master Neuro-Transformational Life Coach.
